Chanel‘s Paris-Biarritz and Paris-Deauville are two eau de toilettes in its Les Eaux de Chanel collection. Both are unisex fragrances with a very brisk, classique, intensely fresh cologne style.
Chanel review thread: Paris-Biarritz & Paris-Deauville, both *unisex* EDTs in a very brisk, classique, intensely fresh cologne style.
I like one more than the other, at least in its 1st third, but both have a dreary, banal back-end & poor longevity on *skin.*

Bottom line for me personally: strong pass.
I should mention, by the way, that if the performance was poor on my father, it was absolutely terrible on a friend, the fragrance reviewer called The Perfume Dandy. (Alas, as with all things that I dislike, it lasted longer on me than I would like and as compared to them, though the fragrance was still short-lived by most measures.)
Dreary, banal experiences, the both of them, but to be completely fair, neither fragrance is really my genre of perfumery. If they’re yours and the review interests you, you should give them a sniff. Just don’t expect much in the way of performance unless you buy a bottle big enough to douse yourself every few two to three hours.
